The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and available until 10:40 am. The staff was very friendly, top-class, and quick to respond. The location is magnificent, right by the business district, and perfectly situated for exploring downtown Louisville. Excellent service during my 3-night stay in April.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. The rooms were clean and up-to-date, giving a modern and comfortable feel. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with many bars, restaurants, and points of interest within walking distance.

One of the drawbacks of the hotel was the high cost, especially considering the parking fee. It would have been nice to have a discounted or complimentary parking option, especially for guests staying multiple nights.
